Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LWC is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).  The LPN is responsible for completing daily operational and medical support services for LWC Outpatient Clinical and PCP programming, under the guidance and supervision of the Medical Supervisor and/or Medical Care Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:

Washington State LPN license in good standing.  Prefer knowledge of adults with chronic mental illness.  Good personal relations skills; ability to work with difficult clients.  Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.  Ability to work cooperatively in a team approach.  Ability to apply a Recovery based approach. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.  Good verbal, written, communication, and computer skills; visual and auditory skills required to communicate, ensure and deliver client care and provide legal documentation of care.  Requires frequent standing, bending at the knees and waist, kneeling and reaching. Requires frequent walking to accomplish tasks. Requires ability to lift 30 pounds.
