LWC is seeking a full time housekeeper for our Agate Heights Boarding Home facility. The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas, bathrooms, and other areas as assigned. This position will be scheduled Sunday-Thursday from 7am-3:30pm.

It is an exciting time to be a part of this Program…The Co-Occurring Disorder (COD) Program Supervisor is an exempt position under the supervision of the Clinical Director and is responsible for coordinating admissions to the Co-Occurring Disorder (COD) Program and the day-to-day operations of the Co-Occurring clinical program. The COD Supervisor oversees case management, processing groups, and alcohol and drug assessments in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be involved in getting the doors of our new facility open, including helping to build your team, develop programming, and then manage most aspects of the daily facility operations. LWC is seeking a part time Cook/Housekeeper for our assisted living facility. The Cook/Housekeeper is responsible for the preparation, serving, and storage of meals and for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and the Alabama St. Assisted Living Facility (ALF). This position will be working three 10 hour shifts Thursday-Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

This position has the possibility of becoming full-time and could become benefits eligible (medical and dental benefits).

LWC is looking for a part-time Home Care Aide/C.N.A.  The Health Care Aide/C.N.A. is responsible for assisting residents of the Assisted Living Facility. This position is full time and provides overnight supervision of residential clients including assistance with transferring and toileting. Schedules/shifts include evenings and/or weekends.   Minimum 16 hours a week to start, this position has the potential to become full-time, and is benefits eligible depending on the number of hours worked per week.

LWC is seeking a psychiatric prescriber to join our team.   The Psychiatric Prescriber/ARNP is responsible for providing psychiatric and pharmacological management services to LWC clients including diagnoses, prescription of medication, monitoring medication side effects and participation in the treatment process.
