LWC is seeking a part time Cook for our assisted living facility. The Cook is responsible for the preparation, serving, and storage of meals and for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen in the Agate Heights Boarding Home.
LWC is seeking a full time housekeeper for our Agate Heights Boarding Home facility. The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas, bathrooms, and other areas as assigned. This position will be scheduled Sunday-Thursday from 7am-3:30pm.
LWC is seeking a Case Manager to join the Community Program. The CCM (Community Case Manager) is a full time position working with adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses. The CCM is responsible for providing case management services.
Eligible for a $1,200.00 Sign-On Bonus, and $2.00 per hour differential for night shifts! Schedules/shifts include evenings and/or weekends in addition to full-time night shifts available. 30-40 hours per week available. 10 hour shifts, and is benefits eligible for anyone working 30 hours or more a week.
LWC is seeking a psychiatric prescriber to join our team. The Psychiatric Prescriber/ARNP is responsible for providing psychiatric and pharmacological management services to LWC clients including diagnoses, prescription of medication, monitoring medication side effects and participation in the treatment process.
