LWC is looking for a part-time Home Care Aide/C.N.A. This position will be responsible for assisting residents at our Alabama House Assisted Living Facility with daily activities including transferring and toileting. Schedules/shifts are afternoons/evenings and/or weekends, working 10 hour shifts. 30-40 hours per week available. Anyone working more than 30 hours per week is eligible for our benefits.
LWC is seeking a Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team Leader. PACT is an intensive treatment program providing an array of treatment, rehabilitation, support services, Evidence Based Practices, and a multidisciplinary team approach for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The PACT Team Leader establishes, administers, and directs the PACT program; supervises and evaluates the transdisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and providing courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients. The PACT Team Leader also functions as a practicing MHP clinician on the team.
LWC is seeking an Intensive Services Clinical Supervisor. The Intensive Services Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
LWC is seeking a Peer Specialist to work as a member of the PACT Team. The Peer Specialist shares their knowledge and insight, and personal and practical experience, as a recipient of mental health services to benefit of the PACT team and clients. PACT is a program that provides an array of treatment, rehabilitation and support services, Evidence Based Practices and a multidisciplinary team approach for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Lake Whatcom Center is in search of night shift Home Care Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants. The Home Care Aide is a non-exempt position under the supervision of the Residential Supervisor. The HCA is responsible for assisting the Agate Heights Assisted Living Facility to support the overall care of residential clients. This position provides overnight supervision of residential clients including assistance with medications.
