The Maplewood ESF expands on existing whole-person, recovery-focused care services already established, to increase infrastructure and capacity to provide effective community-based mediation and support services to individuals.  In a safe residential setting, individuals whose behavioral health and personal care needs do not require continued acute inpatient treatment, reconnect, contribute and stabilize in their community

Maplewood provides more intensive services than what are available in a typical Adult Family Home or Assisted Living Facility.  Supportive wrap-around, care enabling individual growth, are what you will find at this enhanced care facility.
