Intensive Outpatient Program

- CCM - PACT

Lake Whatcom Center's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a home and community-based treatment program for adults (18+) experiencing severe and persistent mental health symptoms. Our collaborative team provides intensive, coordinated and integrated services.  Services are designed to rehabilitate individuals who experience persistent and severe mental illness symptoms. In addition, IOP provides services to individuals in the community, in their homes, in shelters, or virtually anywhere to offer support in behavioral healthcare.

Our qualified and compassionate team members approach treatment holistically and prioritize client voice in treatment interventions.  IOP offers the opportunity to develop sustainable coping skills, vocational skills, interpersonal skills, and self-awareness of mental health illnesses. As advocates, our team develops individualized treatment goals and continually evaluates individual needs.

IOP staff is available seven days per week on an alternating schedule. A low client-to-staff ratio allows for a more intensive recovery experience through symptom management.
